The S1 burrs deliver consistent particle distribution while the straight through design moves beans through the grinding process quickly and with very low retention. The Sette 30 offers 30 grind adjustment settings as well as a customizable grind by time preset. While focused on espresso the Sette 30 also excels at grinding for manual brew methods on the finer end of the scale, such as for Aeropress and V60.
