When do you roast?

We roast at the beginning of each week and in order to ensure the freshness of your coffee we ship directly after roast. As such any order placed before 11am Monday morning is guaranteed to ship same week. If your order was placed after that time we will attempt to get it out same week but is absolutely guaranteed to ship the following week.

 

When do you ship?

We ship our coffee directly after it is roasted. As we roast at the beginning of each week. Any order placed after Monday 11am PST will be processed, roasted and shipped the following week. Thank you for your patience. We ship all orders through USPS. 

 

When will my coffee get to me?

Inside of the United States USPS usually takes 2 to 3 business days for your coffee to arrive from our shop to your front door. This however is not a guarantee as Delays may occur with USPS. For international shipments please reach out to us at info@barkingdogroasters.com before placing your order.

 

Do you do wholesale?

Yes we do! We love working with new businesses send us a message at roasting@barkingdogroasters.com

Our only location is in the Boyes Hot Springs neighborhood of Sonoma at:

Is your cafe dog friendly?

Unfortunately, due to health code regulations we are unable to allow pets inside our establishment. However, any service animals as defined by federal law (ADA) is allowed to accompany you inside. (Emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines.) All dog are allowed to enjoy our outdoor seating though! Do you take returns?

All unused none coffee items are returnable within 30 days. Return shipping at the cost to the customer.
