Breville Precision Brewer Thermal

The Breville Precision Brewer Provides you with 6 distinct brewing modes allowing you to enjoy your coffee the way you want to. Starting with the ‘Gold’ a setting that meets the SCA Certification for being a “gold cup brewer”. Other distinct modes include ‘Fast’ which speeds up the brewers’ flow rate so you can get to your delicious cup quicker. ‘Strong’ brew which lowers the flow rate extracting more of that coffee you love so much. ‘Over Ice’ & ‘Cold Brew’ are two settings for those hot days the first uses half the hot water you would normally use so you can add ice to the carafe for some beautiful iced coffee, the second sets a cold brew steep (you get to control the time) using cold water to steep your coffee before automatically releasing it in to your carafe.

‘My Brew’ is a feature packed option that allows you to customize the Bloom Time, Flow Rate and Brewing Temp. It even allows you to use the Pour Over Adapter Kit (sold separately) so you can brew using your favorite pour over dripper.

In addition to these brewing programs the Precision Brewer comes with an interchangeable filter basket allowing you to brew with flat bottom filters or #4 cone filters (flat bottom for those richer notes such as chocolate and nuts or cone shape for the lighter notes like berries and citrus).

Care:

• Hand wash carafe, filter basket and goldtone filter after every use.
• If using cone insert make sure to remove it from basket holder when cleaning and drying
• Descale brewer as needed (should be every 2 to 3 months or more often if you have hard water.)
• Wipe case clean with a soft cloth.
